He has recently branched out in to software for beating blackjack, but is way behind the game in this field. He claims to have sold over 2 million dollars worth of roulette systems, add this to his energy research portfolio, gems collection of over a million dollars, property investments and wait for it, his 50/50 percent share in profits from his endless list of roulette teams operating all over the world and this guy should be loaded? Well not exactly, he has a JOINT mortgage and paid very little off and if you check out a picture of him and his living room that is very recent, you can see the absence of Art, statues, his dress sense, the massive FLAT SCREEN on the wall, the roulette wheel under the table cloth on the table in the living room, check the blinds , its the same one in his videos with the bland blue cheap carpet on the floor! Where is is offices? This guy has not got a pot to piss in was a quote from one person from a casino staff forum that saw this picture! He has only paid off jointly with his wife 90,000 Australian dollars plus some of this was paid off by both of their parents as a gift, she works also and has a child?? Stefano hourmouzis even hijacked a
message board and posted an atrocious amount of slanderous abuse about
predictroulette.com. We contacted the board and they removed the content
and gave us total control to apologise for Steven Houmouzis behaviour!
The Site was then filled with posts from our other forum by
predictroulette.com exposing Stefano's lies and manipulation, hence all
the posts have the same IP address. Both have posted under aliases
claiming to be someone else and have been successful with their device
or wealthy.
Stefano posts under many aliases, but one he made alot of posts under was 'DoubleZero' claiming to be a purchaser of his own system. The Gaming board replied in writing to us and have asked Steven Hourmouzis to remove the offending material as they was completely misquoted to slander us personally.

One poor Victim Tony from France read a review site on roulette systems showing Stefano's systems ranked the highest so decided to purchase. Alot of Stefano sales come through his personal own system review site which ranks him and his systems above all others.He does not tell you on the site that he owns it, but makes it appear that he is some outsider reviewing in order to fool you and scam you further. IT WAS ONLY WHEN TONY SAW THIS SITE AND HOW THE SCAM IS DONE BY THIS FRAUDSTER THAT TONY CONTACTED STEFANO AND ASKED FOR HIS MONEY BACK FROM STEFANO HOURMOUZIS after having 8 months of having BOTH Stefano's systems and only losing money. We contacted the authorities regards this and providing all evidence of The scam which placed pressure on Stefano hourmouzis to make a refund. This guy Tony from France purchased Stefanos roulette computer for several thousand dollars after reading Stefano's discription of his products and what they can do, it seemed too good to be true and having so many features, very attractive, plus it can make several thousand a night Stefano had claimed!
Well it would make money if it actually worked like Stefano claimed, the facts are the features that he claims, the ease of use and the predictive power of his product are all false claims, Tony has had the product since Oct 2006, proof of purchase can be seen above in the documents, thats 8 months approximately, plenty of time to discuss and experiment with the equipment, get it working correctly, ironing out any problems with the full support Stefano gives you as he claims in his website. But the truth is, Tony has had massive problems with it, one after the other, the hardware is ineffective in a real casino enviroment, poor software does not allow predictions to be made accurately and many features stefano claimed did not actually exist when Tony From France recieved the produce. The conclusion is that The product does not work at all in the slightest, if it did, Tony would not want his money back would he?
The truth is, Tony now wants his money back, the system does not work like Stefano claims, it does not predict, it cannot be used like Stefano claims, and Stefano, the supposedly wealthy guy replied back to Tony claiming that he would need some time to get the money together to pay him, hey, I thought Stefano was a millionaire and offers full money back guarantees at his site , it seems not. Near enough, every major credit card supplier has given victims of Stefano Hourmourzis a refund through their insurance cover. Stefano(Steven) Hourmouzis scams have involved him initally selling my software on a psion computer(Copyright Theft), claiming that he had improved it after only have the softeware for 3 days and doubling the price, I refused to supply him because it was lies, he then reversed engineered and copied the software and did sell a few units claiming it to be his own work and modified, facts are it was never modified, this was just lies to justify his increase in price. He found out that the program was not complete because I had sent him a much weaker program after being suspicious of him after I found out his real name of Steven George Hourmouzis from his payment and he had been done for fraud and imprisoned, so he had to look elsewhere. He then purchased the Newton Program with a tic tac toe game at the beginning which hides the real program, he has modified this recently, again, but it is still bascially the Newton program running behind the scam, the tic tac toe game was recently revealed by Prof R Johansen at http://www.roulettecomputereviews.com who resides in Norway and is an expert in the gaming industry in cheating devices. This program of Stefano's is based on the Newton that does not actually work, thats why its no longer in circulation, I should know, I have it. If it is not enough that this guy is a former imprisioned conman and scammer, he now resorts to further wild blantent lies and claims and over the years produced many fake footage demonstrations for his site, removing them after I have pointed out the obvious scam in each case and creating a new video for evidence that his scams works. It was impossible for me to do a copy of the footage initially, no right click was allowed at his site, but recently I managed to capture his current footage and freeze frame his latest scam using dealer signature in his footage, that is, he places the ball and influences the ball to go where he wishes, making it appear he has predicted using magic patterns or his roulette computer. I have recorded the first 20 spins of the video showing how the scam is set up, the first spin is the measure, you note what number is opposite the release point when you release the ball, his first spin shows number 2, the ball comes down at this point, so Stefano now knows that whatever number is under the opposite diamond when he releases the ball, he will predict that area. So lets analyise the data.
Heres that first spin to set up, Stefano uses this to calibrate the Dealer Signature offet from the number under the opposite diamond( The Black diamond on the track). Luckily, there is no offset from this point, the number below the Vertical Diamond on the left happens to be the target area where the ball will land. This is flexible for the dealer, he can shift whilst in play by watching if the ball falls short or goes past the predicted area of where he is trying to influence the ball to land. Luckily, yet again, Stefano has the perfect conditions and does not need to do this too much.
We no longer have the footage or screen shots showing this scam, Steven hourmouzis got the DCMA involved for copyright infringment and we were forced to remove the screen shots showing his scam and his video, although many others were allowed to take copies off this site for reference, so we put it all together to send to the FBI for investigation so they can take a look at the footage, believe it or not, even after contacting the Police in Australia and revealing this scam, they said they was not interested, it was not their problem,funny, I thought the Police were there to uphold the LAW and protect people? Well its now gone way above their heads and the officer that I contacted will have some explaining to do from the powers above at a later date. If his footage was honest and his demonstration, surely it would have been an advertisement itself for him, but its not genuine, far from it, we will add the PDF showing the items to be requested to be removed from our site at a later date.
So , I have given you the exact method for beating this footage, no magical patterns discovered by a con man that claims they are magical, but simply to bet within an area 9 pockets either side of the number that appears under the black diamond. This is the number given in the first column. This is also how the scammer who has put this footage together is predicting the outcome, but he does not seem to mention this in the footage, otherwise it would reveal that he influences the ball and wheel to produce these results and that his magical variant patterns are none existant and only exist to serve and justify that his system is worth 2000 dollars to any sucker that purchases it.

No footage. The reason I mention the old ear, is that your ears carry on growning throughout your life and become more hairy, this is not a typical ear of someone and is another twisted bit of info to scam you. We are the only people to make a truely small enough ear piece that is invisible and decrete, we know ours is the smallest in the world. Note the toy chips, these are probably the only ones you will see from this system.

What he forgets to mention is that Croupiers are changed on a frequent basis within 30-60 spins usually, so it would be absolutely impossible to use the method he describes to obtain pattern recognition unless he had the dealer spinning in a sector for him using dealer signature, which he kindly demonstrates and does this in his own footage to scam you, be warned, this guy is a good scammer. This is why for the last 70 years, Croupiers have been changed on a regular basis and are rotated to work different wheels through the night. It is also the reason that the rotors(Rotating part of wheel) is swapped with other wheels when the casinos are closed to stop people looking for Dealer/Wheel Patterns. I have STEFANO HOURMOURZIS original system on paper that he sells for $2000 which I will gladly show anyone for free for evaluation purposes if they make a personal visit to me and they then can have a go at using the method and see for themselves that it clearly does not work in the slightest without Dealer Signature, or should we say dealer intervention. He claims Most modern wheels are level, if so, multiple drop points would exist making the pattern recognition much more difficult to verify. But again, in his footage, he makes sure that the dealer signature is there to lull you into a false sense of security. Again I can demonstrate in person.
